    • There is no set curriculum for these sessions.  Members bring their real current challenges and they are addressed within the group.
  • MONTHLY UPHOLD CHALLENGE
    • Each month KIO will set one focused maintenance challenge for the group.  Progress can be discussed in the Accountability Sessions
    • Members also have the opportunity to work through the challenge with other UPHOLD members in the Private Facebook group

  • THE 4 BESPOKE SESSIONS PER YEAR – DETAILS:
    1. Kitchen audit and restock. All cost of fresh stock is covered by the Partner
    2. An eating reality review
    3. In person new wardrobe shopping session – London or Milton Keynes
    4. Partners choice.  Previous partners have requested help with cooking ideas and preparation.
  • BESPOKE SESSION DELIVERY TERMS
    • Sessions can be taken in any order
    • Sessions 1, 2 and 4: In person within 50 miles and no more than 1 hour travel distance from Maidenhead, Berkshire. Beyond this boundary a virtual session will be offered.
    • Session 3 is always in person – London or Milton Keynes only
    • Partners beyond the travel boundary may request an in person session – all reasonable travel, accommodation and expenses will be agreed in advance and covered by the Partner. Details will be confirmed in writing at least 14 days in advance
    • Minimum 4 weeks booking notice required
    • 48 hours cancellation required to reschedule. Same-day cancellations forfeit the session
    • Sessions do not roll over between membership years.
  • APPLICATION PROCESS
    • The KIO Partnership is available by application only. Complete the online application form or contact the KIO team – kio@kiomethod.com – to express an interest. A waitlist operates when all 8 places are filled.
